A licensed Professional Engineer (PE) and Project Management Professional (PMP) with over 38 years of experience managing large-scale, complex infrastructure projects across oil and gas, transportation, aviation, and IT, Barry approaches every real estate transaction with the same precision, risk management, and strategic clarity that defined his engineering career.

That background is not incidental. Barry's decades of experience in right-of-way and real estate acquisition, cost and budget management, construction oversight, and multi-stakeholder collaboration give him a uniquely analytical lens when evaluating properties, negotiating deals, and guiding clients through the complexities of buying or selling. He also holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Louisiana State University and served as an adjunct professor in the Project Management Program at the University of Washington from 2005 to 2011. He is additionally the founder of Permittable AI, Inc., a venture that reflects his forward-thinking approach to technology and process innovation.
