Emma Cortez brings order, clarity, and care to every transaction she manages as part of the Perrina Realty Team. In her role as Transaction Coordinator and Executive Assistant, she serves as the central point of contact for agents, clients, and vendors, ensuring every step of the process is handled accurately, compliantly, and on schedule.

Before transitioning into real estate support, Emma spent five years as a preschool teacher, a role that sharpened her ability to communicate clearly, stay calm under pressure, and manage multiple moving pieces at once. She later gained experience in HR and virtual assistance, building the organizational systems and adaptability that make her exceptionally effective in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Emma is deeply committed to the team-first culture at Perrina Realty, where collaboration, efficiency, and clear communication are non-negotiable. She takes genuine pride in the behind-the-scenes work that allows clients to experience a seamless, stress-free transaction from start to finish.

Outside of work, Emma enjoys a grounded routine at home with her son, good movies, and podcasts that keep her inspired and continuously growing.
