Leah has been in real estate for almost 3 years, but her background in financial services spans over 15 years. She finds that her experience in business translates well to real estate, as it involves both investment strategies and significant transactions for families and individuals.

 

One of the skills she is most proud of is her ability to connect the dots, project manage, and get creative to accomplish tasks. She has always had a passion for homes and helping families establish roots in their neighborhoods. Real estate provides an opportunity to create and sustain wealth through property investments and building equity in homes.

 

As a broker, she enjoys helping people navigate the home buying and selling process. She understands that it is a significant event in their lives and strives to provide appropriate guidance and support. She also thoroughly enjoys the deal-making and negotiating aspects of real estate. While she is bubbly and outgoing when it comes to business and finances, she is serious, experienced, and efficient in execution.

 

She specializes in the Seattle market, with a focus on areas such as Ballard. Throughout her career, she has consistently been a top performer in sales organizations. At Gravity Payments, she was the number one salesperson year over year before transitioning to business development for the entire firm. She has also built partnerships that generated multiple levels of revenue streams for both the company and herself.

 

In terms of client care, she brings her extensive background in marketing to provide additional value. She has specialized in strategic marketing for over 20 years and enjoys using analytics and data to effectively reach the desired audience. She believes in giving her work a voice through visuals, utilizing photos to explain and demonstrate key points.

Leah lives in Ballard with her husband, Chris, and their blended family of seven. They have four children, including two stepchildren and two beautiful girls of their own. Additionally, their rescue pit mix, Molly, is her true soulmate. She is passionate about giving back to the community and has been involved with organizations such as the Make-A-Wish Foundation for over a decade. Leah has also had the privilege of living in Italy, Thailand, and Kenya, experiencing diverse cultures and countries around the world.
